Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Packages are sent via USPS First Class mail or Priority mail. Our Standard rate includes 1-2 business days for handling time and then another 3-5 business days for shipping. Our Fast shipping rate includes 1 business day for handling and 2-4 business days for shipping.

Returns are pretty easy and straight forward. Simply email us and ship the product back to us within 30 days and we will refund your money. After receiving the product we will refund the amount owed using Shopify gateway, and your money should arrive within 3-5 business days. If the product was damaged in any way due to our fault, we will either replace the product or offer a full refund. We understand shopping online can be confusing sometimes, so if you have any questions feel free to email us and we will answer them happily. *Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.
