Wilderer is a South African distillery that produces a wide range of award-winning craft spirits, including grappa, liqueur and eaux de vie, and was the first to obtain a private distilling licence in South Africa in 1995.

Nose: A balanced assortment of herbs, spices and zest.

Palate: Juniper berries and Cape Fynbos.

Finish: A Fynbos led aftertaste.
